Shipping, returns & the guarantee

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $6.95.
• Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same or next business day.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in the continental US; expedited 2-day is available at checkout.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 7–12 business days, standard rates apply.
• You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns

• 60 days, free, no questions. If it's not right, email us and we'll send a prepaid return label the same day.
• No restocking fees, no "unopened items only" clause. Used gear is fine — chew marks are forgiven.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving.
• Prefer an exchange (like swapping a 3L fountain for a 15L)? Say so in the email and we'll ship the replacement before your return even arrives.

The 60-Day Guarantee

Every Dusk Pet product is covered for 60 days from delivery, on top of a 1-year warranty against defects on all powered products — pumps, motors, cameras, and electronics.

• If your pet won't use it, we take it back. Pets don't read product pages, and that's not your fault.
• If it breaks under normal use inside a year, we replace it — we don't repair-and-return, we just send a new one.
• Filters and blades are consumables, so they're excluded from the warranty (but covered by the 60-day window like everything else).
