Order before 2pm ET and your box leaves the warehouse the same or next business day. Either way, everything ships within 1–2 business days — the fountains don't like waiting around, and neither do we.

Returns
60 days, free, no questions
If it's not right, it comes back — for any reason, or no reason at all.
- 60 days from delivery, free. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label the same day.
- No restocking fees and no "unopened items only" clause. Used gear is fine — chew marks forgiven.
- Refunds land in 3–5 business days of the return arriving, back to your original payment method.
- Prefer an exchange? Swapping a 3L fountain for a 15L, say. Tell us in the email and we'll ship the replacement before your return even arrives.

The Guarantee
One year on everything with a motor
Every Dusk Pet product is covered by the 60-day return window above. Powered products get a second layer on top of it.
1-year replacement warranty on all powered products — pumps, motors, cameras, and electronics. If it breaks under normal use inside a year, we don't repair-and-return. We just send a new one.
- If your pet won't use it, that counts too — send it back inside 60 days. Pets don't read product pages, and that's not your fault.
- Filters and blades are consumables, so they're excluded from the 1-year warranty — but they're still covered by the 60-day window like everything else.
- Warranty claims go to luxmarketsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description. Photos help; essays not required.
